This privacy statement describes how Perfect Words, by Amanda George, collects, uses and safeguards any personal information that you may provide. When I refer to personal information I mean information about you, from which your identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained.

 

Use and disclosure

I will not rent, sell or exchange to third parties the personal information that you provide to me when you make a booking (via the Client Booking Form). Any information that you provide is held securely unless and until you ask me to delete it. The information is stored securely in the Perfect Words office in my home and only I have access to it, if and when I need it in order to work with you, now or in the future. You have the right to complain to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) in the event that you believe there is a problem with the way I am handling and storing your data.

I do not receive, see, collect or use any information about visitors to the Perfect Words website. You can visit www.perfectwordsbyamandageorge.com without telling me who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. The Internet browser that you use may make use of a feature called a ‘cookie’ to assign identification to your computer. I do not use cookies to store personal data or to link personal data to non-personal data.

Access to personal information I hold about you

You are free at any time to ask whether I am keeping personal data about you, and what it is. Requests may be made to me in writing via email at: mandalouis@yahoo.co.uk

Consent to hold your data under the GDPR (effective May 2018)

By completing and returning your Client Form to me, by email or post, you are indicating that you have seen, read, understood and consented to Perfect Words holding your data, as per the above conditions.
