It's been a funny year. I've just done my end-of-year figures and, despite two fairly serious health setbacks, it has been my best year yet. This of course means that, after ten years, my little business is still growing. And, more importantly, that adversity can be a blessing, if we are willing to listen for the lessons and relinquish control (not easy for a control freak).
I'm finally learning to let go, ride the waves and see where the journey takes me. Whatever happens in life, we are given the tools and resources to cope and to adapt.
So, I would like to thank my clients for continuing to put their trust in me, and my amazing family and friends for helping me to get through a tough year and back to fighting fitness again. I am so lucky.
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
